Review by hotel critic
As an environmental scientist, I appreciate sustainability and eco-conscious practices in all aspects of life. During my recent stay at Copthorne Hotel Auckland, I had the pleasure of indulging in a culinary journey at Jimmy Cook's Kiwi Kitchen & Bar, a casual spot serving up delicious local fare paired with an extensive wine, beer, and cocktail menu. The ambiance of The Bar and Brasserie truly reflects the heart of the hotel with its smart casual and relaxed setting.Equipped with contemporary amenities tailored to modern travelers, the restaurant provided a delightful dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the thoughtful selection of dishes that showcased the flavors of New Zealand. The hotel's sophisticated lounge, adorned in deep reds and black decor, added to the overall ambiance.Although breakfast at the hotel was below expectations, the nearby dining options like Gloria Cafe Expresso Bar and Harbourview Restaurant & Bar offered delightful alternatives. Copthorne Hotel Auckland provides a comfortable stay with culinary delights worth exploring.
